Supporting and Teaching Higher Needs Students
Tips and techniques of working with High Needs students such as those with Visual impairments, hearing loss, and students on the Autism spectrum will be discussed. Strategies and resources for ensuring accessibility of online and blended formats and use of Blackboard Ally will also be demonstrated.

BC's Coordinated Care Network
At the beginning of the pandemic, many BC offices and programs needed to become part of the Coordinated Care Network in order to effectively deliver virtual services. Once the care units were created, all users received extensive and ongoing training to meet student needs. Within the past 2+ years, this network has grown from 2 care units (academic advising and faculty) to 17 care units.
