Through a blend of workshops, mentoring, collaborative projects, and reflective practices, participants will gain the tools and strategies needed to enhance student learning, foster inclusive and engaging learning environments, and develop a fulfilling academic career.
Program Modality
The NFI will be delivered through various modalities, combining in-person sessions, online modules, and asynchronous activities.
